A policymaker at the workbench: Hands on with natural refrigerants

I went to Germany to attend Cool Training for policymakers and ended up brazing my first copper joint. That week taught me that Bangladesh’s move to climate-friendly propane will be decided at the workbench as much as in the policy room.
