The NOU Bolivia is part of the ministry of environment and water (Ministerio de Medio Ambiente y Agua, MMAyA) and is responsible for the political implementation of the commitments set out in the Montreal Protocol.
It is the Technical Unit in charge of establishing, coordinating and implementing the action plan to reduce, replace and eliminate the use of Ozone-Depleting Substances.
