The Climate Change Management Department and the National Ozone Office The Climate Change Management Department in The Ministry for Environment, Water & Climate is mandated with promoting best practices in climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies to enhance the country’s response and capacity to manage the impacts of climate change. It supervises development of Zimbabwe’s Intended Nationally Determined Contributions (INDCs) and the Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions (NAMAs) strategy.
