The trainings were implemented under the Project for the Servicing Sector of the Brazilian HCFC Phase-out Management Plan (HPMP).To show more about this important initiative, the institutional video (opens in a new window) “Sustainability in refrigeration: advanced professional training in new technologies across Brazil” presents the results of the HPMP until December 2025, with Stages I and II already completed, and the launch of new courses and projects of Stage III.

Under the coordination of the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MMA/NOU) and implementation of GIZ, the program has supported the transformation of the cooling sector through training focused on best practices in refrigeration and new technologies with low environmental impact.
