A key research area has been research on sustainable refrigeration and air conditioning at the Institute of Refrigeration, Air-Conditioning and Environmental Engineering. Our research has been focusing on the application of natural refrigerants since the early 1990s. Ammonia, carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons, water, air and ice slurry are what we love to work with. The association has set itself the task to improve the conditions for refrigeration industry enterprises in Belarus; the introduction of new standards; improve the quality of products and services; and the training of professionals.
