Through the Green Room Air Conditioning (GRACE) project, eighty (80) climate-friendly split air conditioning units running with propane (R290) have been officially handed over to the Ministry of Climate Resilience, the Environment & Renewable Energy.

For strengthening cooperation and ensuring accurate environmental reporting, the Philippine Environmental Management Bureau’s Ozone Desk (EMB‑POD) and GIZ visited Bosch’s air conditioning factory in April. The visit concluded with a facility tour showcasing key equipment. The Bosch facility has an air enthalpy psychrometric test chamber to ensure compliance with minimum energy performance standards (MEPS).
