Seychelles Institute of Technology works in close partnership with the Ozone Unit of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources for introducing hydrocarbon refrigerants and its blends as replacements in the domestic and commercial refrigeration and air conditioning industry in the country. SIT isthe only technical and vocational educational and training (TVET) professional centre engaged in providing training in refrigeration and air conditioning to the country's technicians.
