With 21 editions, Febrava considers itself the most important event in the HVAC-R chain in Latin America, covering every sector in this market. The Women's National Meeting, held exclusively by female specialists in the area, such as engineers, specialists of fluorochemicals, project managers and refrigeration technicians, shared experiences and knowledge in the field. Some lectures were "Good Practices in Refrigeration and Climatization" and "Women - Developing Successful Careers in the HVACR". The National Meeting was held by refrigeration women from Brazil.

The GIZ Project Proklima had also a space during the Women's National Meeting, where the project manager Stefanie von Heinemann addressed the topic "Global Overview of Refrigerant Use and Technical Capacity Building in Brazil". The lecture approached among other issues, all the work done so far by the Brazilian HCFC Phase Out Management Program (HPMP), which is qualifying thousands of refrigeration technicians throughout Brazil. All HPMP actions in Brazil are coordinated by the Ministry of Environment (MMA), which has GIZ technical support in the implementation.
